Following the launch of the new Post Office Travel app, Owen Woodley, Chief Executive Financial Services & Telecoms, shares his thoughts on what this means for our customers and for us as a business.
Customers crave convenience and we need to provide an offering that suits their needs in order to remain competitive. Post Office Travel brings together travel products, such as Travel Money Card and Post Office Insurance, which have previously been managed separately by the customer.
It is the first creation in a series of digital capabilities which can be utilised and shared throughout the business – creating an enhanced and consistent customer experience for all Post Office products and services on offer.
