Learning is a lifelong process and it’s how skills and careers develop and grow. At Post Office, we already offer a wide variety of learning modules on SuccessFactors Learning, spanning topics including people management, TedTalks and ‘how to’ videos, but we’re always looking for new ways to help you learn.
And with the introduction of the Post Office Apprenticeship Programme, we are doing just that. Whatever stage you are at in your career or whatever age you are, an apprenticeship could be a fantastic opportunity for you to develop and gain a nationally recognised qualification in the process.
Although apprenticeships have been around for hundreds of years, with the introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy in 2017, the apprenticeship landscape is shifting. Gone are the days of entry-level, trade-based schemes; apprenticeships have been transformed and the breadth of qualifications is growing in a way that is suited to the modern economy.
From Level 2 (standard GCSE level) apprenticeships in Customer Service to higher and degree level apprenticeships in Law and Finance to Executive MBAs, apprenticeships are a great way to combine working, learning and earning.
