The 2018 Retail Sales Awards are just a few months away. And with a final month left in the Post Office financial year, branches have everything to play for to secure a place at this year's Awards night.
The awards celebrate performance from April-March period which follows the financial accounting year. Branch teams hoping to attend this year's ceremony have the whole of March to impress customers across core award categories including Mails, Travel Money, Best CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) and Customer service.
There are strong opportunities to provide brilliant experience with Mother's Day on 11 March, a key period for our Mails services. And then again for our popular Travel Money services for those looking to escape for the upcoming Easter holidays.
CRMs have the opportunity to promote our new and exciting financial services products. And of course, every customer visit is a new chance to provide a great service and experience, fundamental to winning and retaining customers in today's competitive environment.
