The final article in our Small Business series on the Guardian is now live, focusing on retail excellence, it can be viewed here.
Over the last few weeks, the Guardian ‘Business to Business’ pages has been profiling some of the inspiring and entrepreneurial postmasters across the network. The features have looked at key Post Office services, from access to banking to Drop and Go. The final month of this campaign will see the Guardian ramp up promotion to all four articles until 18 December. The Post Office will also be named as one of the first partners to work with the Guardian on their new Business to Business platform when they officially launch it to media later this month.
Early results on the series indicate that the content is resonating with those who read it and also driving action. Key highlights are:
- An impressive 3 minute read time per article, double our target of 1 minute 30 seconds
- High click through rates of 0.19% (target is 0.12%) to: https://www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-business-banking
- Over 5,000 unique views in the first couple of weeks of this campaign
A huge thank you to all the postmasters who took the time to share their story with us and who helped to bring our support for small businesses to life through this campaign that aims to position Post Office as a valuable partner to small business and improve agent pipeline.
We are now excitedly counting down to Saturday 2 December which is Small Business Saturday, the campaign that champions small businesses and encourages people to shop local.
