Where was it? The Institute of Engineering and Technology
When was it? 30 January
Who was there? The L300 (The businesses’ top 300 leaders)
What was it? 2017 was an eventful year. And it ended on a high with the government’s commitment to provide £370M of investment funding to help us finish the great work we’ve started and ensure that the Post Office matters as much tomorrow as it does today.
We’ve come a long way, but there’s still work to do to secure the future of our business. So we hosted an event for our leaders to let them know what our ambitions are for the Post Office and how we’re going to achieve them.
What was said? We talked about our overall ambition; Our North Star; to ensure that the Post Office matters as much tomorrow as it does today.
And then presenters from different areas of the business explained how we’re going to get there and our five key priorities. Click here to see the Post Office on a page; our North Star and Strategy.
What was the aim of the event? We want the whole business to understand our strategy and our rationale. It’s a really exciting time for the Post Office and we want everyone to know it! All L300 members should be talking their teams through the strategy and the day – if yours hasn’t – ask them about it!
Where can I find out more? On 20 February we’ll be hosting a CEQ event with Paula in Finsbury Dials where you can ask questions and learn more. The event will be live streamed to Bolton and Chesterfield.
Can’t make it? Don’t panic – we’ll be releasing plenty more information on One over the coming weeks, along with videos and events in Finsbury Dials.
