Our new field team structure is now up and running, with many colleagues moving to new roles and responsibilities.
We’ve brought our business as usual and programme operational field teams together into one network operations structure and increased the number of regions to eight, to better meet our needs now and in future.
This new structure aims to provide better support for branches as we deliver network change. Bringing the teams together aligns the Network Operations and Network Development activities better and reduces duplication. It also means colleagues will be working on a range of network change activities, rather than being focused on activity for one team or programme.
Head of Network Operations Pam Heap said: “All the teams and colleagues involved have put in a huge amount of hard work to make the transition as smooth as possible. There’s still some work to do - like any change it will take a bit of time, and for many colleagues it’s meant a change of role and new skills to learn. We’re all working together as a team to ensure the new structure is a success.”
